Harmonizing culinary traditions from the Mediterranean to South
Asia, Elatia Harris brings savory dishes to your table. An
internationally exhibited visual artist, Elatia first learned to cook in
the traditional styles of France and Italy, where she spent several
months a year throughout the 1980s. Moving to Cambridge in the 1990s,
she devoted her artistry to adapting French and Italian classics to
emerging tastes for fusion cuisine incorporating flavors and cooking
styles from around the world. The result is Lucy’s Mom, now in its 10th
year of creating innovative and delicious dinners for Cambridge and
Boston.
